We are the Barlesstender — meaning we bring everything you need to build an exceptional drink experience. When spirits are part of the occasion, we work exclusively with client-provided alcohol, guiding your selection and handling everything from there.
Where drinks, plants, and storytelling meet. Guests craft a custom drink and a living planter side by side — and along the way, learn how what's in their glass connects back to the soil it came from. We design every Plant & Sip around your theme: company values, brand colors, team milestones, birthdays, showers, retreats. Nothing here is plug-and-play.
Plants are propagated from our own home collection whenever possible, potted into custom 3D-printed planters designed specifically for your event. The byproducts from drink prep become kitchen-scrap fertilizer — a full-circle story baked into every detail.
Client-provided spirits: Every drink we craft is complete on its own — built with teas, herbs, juices, and tinctures. Should you choose to incorporate spirits, we work exclusively with client-provided alcohol and will guide your selection in advance.
For hosts who want an immersive beverage experience without the plant component. We turn your space into a learning bar — teaching guests how to taste, mix, and feel genuinely confident with what's in their glass. Together, we choose the focus: drink craft and technique, wine exploration, spirit education, zero-proof creation, or a custom drink built around your brand or event concept.
Client-provided spirits: Our drink menus are designed to be complete without alcohol. For groups who want to take it further, we'll advise on spirit selection and build the cocktail experience around what you provide.
For events where every detail needs to feel seamless and elevated, we fold a full workshop experience into your larger gathering. You bring the guests and the venue — we bring the format, the flow, and the hospitality. Whether it's a breakout session, a main feature, or a closing ritual that sends everyone home on a high note, we plan, coordinate, and host it with you.
Client-provided spirits: We do not hold a liquor license and do not sell or supply alcohol. For cocktail-forward events, we'll advise on selection, quantities, and sourcing — you procure, we execute.
